Split Palette - Oven Mitt

Split Palette turns the connected oven mitt into a playful piece of functional art.

The mirrored composition keeps the design cohesive, while the color variation on each side gives the piece movement and personality. Electric blue, punchy orange, acid green, charcoal, and black cut across the surface in crisp, directional lines, framed by a black quilted center that keeps the whole look grounded and tailored.

Designed for lifting Dutch ovens, sheet pans, roasting dishes, and hot cookware, it brings energy to the kitchen without sacrificing polish.

Basically: graphic, useful, and way more fun than it has any business being.

Symbolism

Split Palette represents harmony through contrast.

The twin compositions suggest connection, while the color shift between the two sides symbolizes individuality, balance, and the beauty of not needing everything to match perfectly to belong together. It is about shared structure with different expression.

Same language. Different accent.

A reminder that contrast can still be completely compatible.

Mood/Vibe

Graphic twins. Culinary pop. Color tension. Art school energy. Modern kitchen play. Sharp lines. Styled chaos. High-contrast chic. Dinner with personality.
