Shipping policy

Shipping is available within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Most products are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before shipment. After production, delivery typically takes about 8 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 9–11 business days.

Items in the same order may ship separately. Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or address issues.

If an order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page and include your order number and photos of the issue.
