Artwork, materials & care
Measured Silence is geometry softened by time. Clean lines intersect with weathered texture, creating a tension between precision and wear. The central field opens like negative space in a gallery, allowing the surrounding forms to breathe without overwhelming the room.
Symbolism
This rug symbolizes clarity through restraint. The intersecting shapes represent boundaries chosen deliberately, while the distressed texture suggests experience layered over time. The open center field acts as visual breath — a reminder that power often lives in what is left unsaid. It’s about knowing when to speak and when to hold the line.
Mood / Vibe
Refined. Architectural. Introspective. This piece carries the calm of a well-designed space — steady, intentional, and quietly intelligent. It feels equally at home in a modern office, a curated living room, or a minimalist bedroom. It’s structure with softness. Control without coldness.
Color Palette
Muted Sea Foam - Soft Concrete Gray - Deep charcoal - Slate Green - Weathered Ivory Undertones
